From Chaos to Calm: Guiding Meditation from the Seat of Your Soul

How do you, as a yoga teacher, navigate your own inner world while holding space for others? This gathering is an invitation to explore the "monkey mind" not as an obstacle, but as a path to greater self-awareness.

A Round Robin meditation session will provide a safe space to explore various techniques for befriending your thoughts. By seeing the mind through different lenses, you can develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself. This commitment to your personal practice is a cornerstone of yoga ethics, allowing you to guide your students from an authentic and deeply embodied place. This event is a chance to reconnect with your own mind-body-spirit connection, strengthening your personal foundation so you can better serve our community.
