I am Samantha Saldivar—a Sacred Rest Facilitator, educator, and somatic guide devoted to the art of the pause. With a deep rooting in the lineage of Judith Hanson Lasater, my work is built on a single, radical truth: Rest is not a luxury; it is a fundamental reclamation of our humanity.
My approach, Radiate Rest, is a decolonized, somatic path toward personal and collective liberation. I believe that when we soften our hearts and regulate our nervous systems, we move from a state of "doing" to a state of sacred overflow.
The Three Pillars of My Work
01. Community & Nature At The Ecology Center, I serve as the Youth Somatic Educator and Wellness Lead. In the sacred space of the Peace Dome, I spend my days translating the complexities of nervous system regulation into the language of play for the next generation. From leading the Wild Sprouts program to facilitating intergenerational Family Yoga, I bridge the gap from newborn to grandparent through shared breath and connection to the land.
02. Professional Evolution I am deeply committed to the integrity of the yoga industry. As a founder of the Yoga Professional Society, I work to ensure that teachers and studio owners have access to the somatic wisdom necessary to hold safe, inclusive, and transformative spaces. I believe that by elevating the education of the teacher, we facilitate the healing of the collective.
03. Radical Stillness Through my signature Rest & Reclaim offerings—including workshops, international retreats, and teacher trainings—I guide seekers home to themselves. Whether we are gathered in the hills of Italy, the sacred lands of Mexico, or a local studio, my mission is to turn the "pause" into a position of power.
The Mission
Whether I am teaching a child their first conscious breath, training the next generation of Restorative educators, or helping a conscious business owner audit their energy, the goal remains the same: to help you unlearn the habit of exhaustion.
Growth isn’t just expansion; it’s the powerful choice to dedicate time to reflection and softness.
Are you ready to reclaim your rhythm?
