Required Props: 2 myofascial release balls: I recommend Yoga Tune Up (not sponsored, just LOVE them). You can also use tennis or racquet balls in a sock as an alternative. 1 block is needed for the head and neck portion at the end of the practice as well. Happy Rolling!
