How do you, as a yoga teacher, navigate your own inner world while holding space for others? This gathering is an invitation to explore the "monkey mind" not as an obstacle, but as a path to greater self-awareness.

A Round Robin meditation session will provide a safe space to explore various techniques for befriending your thoughts. Simplify Your Sequencing

When it comes to teaching yoga, the WHAT you teach will always guide the HOW you teach. And, when it comes to teaching, HOW we sequence, and WHAT we teach is inextricably connected to the way, our students feel in their body, mind, and heart.

Whether you focus on  particular category of poses, anatomical actions, an energetic idea or a philosophical concept, HOW you put it all together and WHAT you prioritize will become who you are as a teacher and your way of communicating what Yoga is to your student and self.

In this 2 hour lecture-based and interactive session, you will learn, share, and put in the brain power needed to recognize patterns and set into motion a lifelong relationship with sequencing.

Open to all Yoga and wellness professionals.
